We Are Turtle Valley Farm!
We started revamping our family garden as a COVID project back in 2019. We have a couple acres in Delavan we use to grow our produce.

While we love growing all sorts of produce our favorite is the pepper! We could talk all day about pepper growing, pepper use and gardening practices in general. We’d love to meet you!
Meet the Team
Alec - aka Farmer Alec
The mastermind behind Turtle Valley. Alec grew up in a Chicago suburb but had family in the Janesville area. His parents have owned a small farmstead in Delavan for almost 20 years and had original plans for a tree nursery.

Alec graduated from UW Whitewater and has worked some corporate jobs. Now he’s ready to combine the skills he has learned in school and at work with his love of gardening and peppers to bring you the best produce he can!
Caroll - aka Ranger Caroll
The cheerleader and project manager behind the scenes. Caroll grew up in Southeastern Wisconsin and has always had a love for plants and organizing things.

Caroll helps with some of the tedious things it takes to run Turtle Valley. Like social media, label making and helping pick peppers.
Caroll and Alec met working at the Lowe’s garden center. On the weekends you will find them out in the field enjoying a beer after a long day of work.
