Preparation
Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds.
Use gloves when cutting peppers.
Peel and smash the garlic cloves.
Mix all ingredients together.
Let sit for at least two weeks.
Shake bottle twice a week.
When the vodka reaches the heat level you want strain out all peppers and garlic.
